What Is the Working Genius Model?
Developed by Patrick Lencioni and The Table Group, the Working Genius Assessment is a productivity-focused toolkit (20% personality insight, 80% real-world application) designed to transform how teams collaborate and deliver.
The framework identifies six fundamental types of contributions or “Geniuses” that describe the stages of getting work done:
